J crew Laughter Laughter is a kind - combining laughter and yoga breathing. In fact, the word "yoga" means the integration of body and mind. Laughter yoga is a completely new concept based on the principle that laughter is good for health and that everyone can laugh without stimulation from the outside. Use these natural impulses such as clapping and chanting, simple shapes such as yoga, stretching, breathing exercises, excited laughter and positive affirmations. Daily exercise of these exercises can help strengthen immunity, reduce stress and feel more joy out of life.
No kidding
How can you laugh at jokes without listening to or watching a comedy?
As adults, we were taught to laugh treated as conditional, mental response. In other words, listen to a joke, process it in our minds to determine if "caught" what was going on, and consequently we decide that we would laugh.
Children laugh and in turn, is mainly instinctive and physiological. Children do not need a punch carefully prepared to fall in a good mood, laughing, playing, and because they do not need no reason to laugh, do it over 400 times during the day. While adults laugh on average 16 times a day.
The idea of laughter yoga is based on adult learning again how to laugh for no reason and cultivate the joy of children's playground.
How did it start?
In 1995., A family practitioner, Dr. Madan Kataria, knowing that Laughter Yoga is the best medicine, created a club consisting of 5 people to meet and laugh every day for 20 minutes. The results of these meetings were surprising everyone feel good for the rest of the day, but after a few weeks the group has exhausted the repertoire of jokes and members of the group were ready to end the meeting.
Undeterred Kataria conducted further research and discovered that our body does not feel the difference between natural and mock laughter, so both when you break the sides of watching your favorite comedy or laughter, or when you go put in a simple repeating laugh "ha ha ha ha" , the psychological effects are every time the same. So Kataria went back to the group and suggested that pretend to laugh. This feigned laughter quickly passed into a real laugh and then he was contagious, which meant that the whole group was shaking with laughter. And so the Laughter Yoga was born.
The health benefits are obvious ...
Breathing is important for our health, not to mention the fact that it is necessary to life, but most people do not breathe properly. Breathe so shallowly that carbon dioxide builds into the lungs. However, when we breathe deeply and slowly, we gain more oxygen, which displaces carbon dioxide, so that more oxygen reaches the cells and the brain.
Laughter yoga combines two great ways to provide you with more oxygen - yoga breathing and laughter.
Through the laughter exercises the brain suggest that it is happy with the result that liberate the same chemical reactions in your body as if we are truly happy. After some time, these reactions become habit and you notice that you feel more happy, regardless of external circumstances.
